Zest (tm) is Route 51 Cycles' own version of the Orange P7, P7 One, Five and 224 evolution. We've upgraded each bike with the best possible Fox forks and Hope brakes. We've added the Performance & Hope Pack, Hope Hubs, Mavic rims and made each model available in any one of the 18 custom colours.
